With its 10 independently operable burners, the charbroiler generates 105,000 BTU in sum.
This Magikitch'n CM-RMB-648 commercial charbroiler's 6-inch front shelf can be used by chefs to ready food before or after cooking it. Its E-Z Tilt grill grate can drain grease into the front trough to streamline cleaning. This grate's floating steel rod design means its rods can contract and expand, reducing heat warping risks.
