The Carpigiani Ready 8/12 Ice Cream Machine features a removable beater with blades for thorough cleaning and a door that can be removed for comprehensive cleaning. It includes a delayed cleaning program for hygiene, regulating the cylinder temperature after gelato extraction.
The machine offers 5 automatic programs for fresh gelato, sorbet, fruit slush, Crystal milk, and fruit gelatos, along with three automatic programs for pasteurization, aging, and transforming the mix into gelato. Post-cooling ensures consistent gelato texture during extraction, and a drip tray maintains cleanliness. The adjustable shelf provides flexibility with 2 heights and 3 positions.
