The Tala Performance Eclipse dual-layer non-stick coating provides excellent food release, easy cleaning, and long-lasting performance. Made from heavy-weight carbon steel, the tin offers strength, durability, and even heat distribution, and is safe for use with metal utensils. Oven safe up to 240°C / 464°F, it is also suitable for fridge and freezer use and is dishwasher safe.
