The GP518-B 1200mm gas griddle bench model features a powerful 31kW thermostatic burner system and a durable 20mm thick griddle plate. It’s designed with top weld sealed plates and a stainless steel grease drawer for easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit also includes heavy-duty reinforced control knobs and a convenient push-button piezo ignition. With adjustable feet and two additional rollers, it’s simple to install and offers flexibility for various kitchen setups. You can customize it further with optional ribbed or chrome mirror plates to suit your cooking needs.
