You can choose between 300mm and 600mm griddle plate options, with the added choice of simmer plates. Additionally, it includes a convenient GN 1/1 gas static oven with a drop-down door. Its rear rollers aid in mobility, while its stainless steel exterior promises both easy cleaning and servicing. This fully modular unit is designed for versatility and efficiency.
