This heavy-duty cooking unit features a robust construction and features powerful 7kW open burners. It comes standard with flame failure protection, and you have the option to include pilot burners. The unit offers versatile cooking with 300mm, 600mm, and 900mm griddle plate options, as well as the choice of adding simmer plates. Additionally, it includes a convenient GN 2/1 gas static oven with a drop-down door, rear rollers for mobility, and a stainless steel exterior for easy cleaning. This fully modular system is designed for both simple maintenance and efficient service.
