The gravity model is ideal for dense gelato, while the pump version delivers creamier results. With the Star Door and multiple nozzles, you have customization options. You can choose the machine’s colour and add your logo to the front panel. This air-cooled machine can also include an automatic self-pasteurization system for easy maintenance, with wash scheduling available at intervals of up to 42 days.
