The Carpigiani 193 twin-twist soft-serve machine offers flexibility for creating gelato, sorbets, and frozen yogurt. With the Hard-O-Tronic® control system, you can easily set your desired consistency, and choose between pump or gravity feeding. The gravity model features dual 18-liter hoppers for compact, dense gelato, while the pump version has 12-liter hoppers on each side for creamier results. Personalize the machine with colour and your logo on the front panel. You can also opt for the Winter Door for flexible cylinder use, and choose air or water cooling. Plus, there’s an automatic self-pasteurization system for easy maintenance every 42 days.
