The F.Dick Vivum Asador knife is the perfect tool for barbecues. With its high quality 22cm alloy blade, the knife is ideal for prepping larger cuts of BBQ meat and fish. Made with a specialised deep-freezing process, the blade is ultra tough and is easy to sharpen, making the knife perfect for many other kitchen tasks, such as slicing beef brisket.

The special birch handle design is completely unique to each knife. With a natural feel and an ergonomic shape, the knife feels great in the hand, promoting safe, comfortable use, even during long prep times.

  • The blade is made of the alloy X50CrMoV15. Each individual component has a specific task: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength).
  • The birch handle has a special grain, making each handle unique! The shape feels natural and lies comfortably in the hand
  • Extensive hardening process with deep-freeze treatment achieves a knife at 58 HRC, which is hard, tough and has a long cutting edge, but can also be resharpened easily and effectively
  • The curved shape makes the cutting edge longer than with a straight knife. This allows a long, dragging cut to be made
