  • The blade is made of the alloy X50CrMoV15. Each individual component has a specific task: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength).
  • The birch handle has a special grain, making each handle unique! The shape feels natural and lies comfortably in the hand
  • Extensive hardening process with deep-freeze treatment achieves a knife at 58 HRC, which is hard, tough and has a long cutting edge, but can also be resharpened easily and effectively
  • Fluted edge includes oval recesses in the blade. When cutting, an air cushion is created between the blade and the material to be cut, which prevents sticking
