Boasting a large double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible cavity, the high quality natural gas Falcon Dominator Plus general purpose oven is a powerful and reliable addition to a wide variety of commercial kitchens, including restaurants, hotels, and canteens. The easy-clean full depth oven also includes a large insulated work surface on top, allowing placement of other countertop units such as griddles, rice cookers and microwaves. The oven itself has a temperature range of 100-270 degrees, allowing a wide variety of foods to be cooked, whilst the double doors have individual catches to help retain heat and reduce costs.
