The easy-clean full depth oven also includes a large insulated work surface on top, allowing placement of other countertop units such as griddles, rice cookers and microwaves. The oven itself has a temperature range of 100-270 degrees and two adjustable shelves, allowing a wide variety of foods to be cooked. The quick access, large drop down door is sturdy and robust enough to rest dishes on.
