With high output and fast recovery time, the E3840FX ensures that you can cope with the busiest service periods. Chip capacity is 58kg per hour and the pan holds 20 litres of oil. Integrated Fryer Angel safety system prevents fires and flare ups, protecting staff, customers and premises. This model is supplied on castors.
