Each rapid heat-up hotplate is designed for constant, intensive commercial use and can accommodate large pots and pans. The range is controlled via the six front-mounted dial thermostats which provide precise temperature regulation of both the four hobs and oven cavity. Easy to use and clean, thanks to robust stainless steel construction and deep drawn wells which contain spillages.
