Even using just 20 litres of oil per fill the fryer can cope with busy takeaway, restaurant or canteen services, thanks to intelligent design and a powerful 19kW heating element. Built-in filtration helps oil to last longer, reducing running costs. Whether you’re making fish, chips, doughnuts or fried chicken, the E9341 is a great commercial choice. Fitted with sturdy castors for manoeuvrability and easier cleaning.
