The E3840 freestanding electric fryer from Falcon’s Dominator Plus range is a high output, single pan, twin basket electric fryer, it has a fast recovery time and is capable of an hourly chip output of 58kg. Stainless steel construction make the unit both durable and easy to clean, a deep cool zone for sediment collection will keep the oil fresher for longer and the fast acting high-limit thermostat gives the user peace of mind if the oil accidentally overheats. The E3840 has a 20 litre tank capacity and a temperature range of 130-190°C and is supplied with a 2 year parts & labour warranty.
