The Spiral Pizza Dough Mixer Fimar 18/S 22 lt makes a perfect addition to your kitchen! The gentle action of a spiral mixer works the dough well, giving a nice and even mix throughout the mix, without the need of raising the temperature of the dough mix. The user of this pizza dough mixer is protected by a stainless steel mesh guard (with safety switch). The high build quality of the mixer ensures the reliability of the machine, and their compact design means they don’t take up much space in the kitchen. The bowl and spiral are built in stainless steel guaranteeing their sturdiness and reliability. This machine produces different types of dough, especially indicated for soft dough such as bread and pizza.
