The Fimar 42 Litre spiral dough mixer with fixed head is ideal for the preparation of different types of dough, in particular suitable for soft doughs such as bread, pizza and piadina. This dough kneading machine is a great addition to any busy commercial catering business. Using a 42 litre mixing bowl with a capacity of 38kg per cycle, creating 114kg per hour and has a smoked polycarbonate lid as standard.
This equipment is supplied with a fixed stainless steel bowl and spiral. This dough mixer delivers a consistent mix without ever raising the temperature of the dough, ensuring perfect results with every use. The mixer is single speed with simple to operate controls and a stainless steel mesh guard and safety cut off to protect the user from getting fingers or clothes trapped in the mechanism.
The Fimar 38/S Sprial mixer is build quality ensures reliability and their compact design means they don’ take up much space in the kitchen.
