Capable of holding fresh ingredients at the point of preparation the Foster FPS2HR/15-152 Refrigerated Prep Counter is fitted with fan assisted forced air refrigeration system delivering even temperatures to the counter base and pan storage section whatever the surroundings.

This unit also incorporates an inner-catch tray in the pan section preventing food from falling into the main storage area making it far easier to maintain hygiene standards and efficient operation.
