Hallco MBM2 counter top bain maries provide convenient and hygienic storage for precooked foods and liquids. Indispensable in any kitchen, bain maries preserve the flavour and freshness of food, keeping it at serving temperature for several hours without the worry of it drying out. All our bain maries are constructed from stainless steel for maximum durability and ease of cleaning. There are six models to choose from in the range, starting with a dry heat bain marie to the wet heat version.

An all-inclusive food warming bath, this Parry Bain Marie provides space to heat up to four separate foods for customer serving. These meals could range from pasta to chilli, gravy, vegetables and more, all gently heated by use of the manual temperature control and the internal water bath. This LPG unit comes supplied with a natural gas conversion kit to get you going, however a connecting hose is not included. Because of the gas energy source, this servery and display piece would be just as suited to mobile catering as it would a professional kitchen.
