This Maestrowave dry well Bain Marie has 4 x ¼
gastronorm containers ideal for gravies, sauces and vegetables etc.
The simmerstat controls means this Bain Marie can be set to suit the contents to ensure it doesn’t spoil.
The external dimensions of this Bain Marie are 530 mm w x 330 mm d x 230 mm h meaning it will fit in any small spot.

The Parry HOT18P Pass-through Hot Cupboard is more suited as a counter between the kitchen and front of house as it comes with sliding doors to both sides, meaning meals can be placed and taken from either side of the unit.
