The Hobart FXSTDW is ideal for sites where the highest levels of hygiene are required. The Thermal disinfection surpasses the UK standard of 80°C over a period of 60 seconds on the wash ware, achieving a disinfection value of A0 60 – in line with EN ISO 158831-1 / 3.
