Their clarity makes them the perfect choice for drinks presentation whilst their purity ensures that they are slow melt. Their unique shape means that these cubes are less prone to sticking together in the ice bucket as well as being easier to handle than the more traditional square cube.

Supercubes are made by spraying water upwards into an inverted mould. Inverting the mould means that any sediment or impurities in the water fall back down, leaving only pure water to form the cube making these cubes very hard.

Its fast chilling action and slow dilution make drinks taste better and greatly enhance drink appeal and quality. Gourmet ice cubes are formed by spraying water onto a subcooled horizontal evaporator. While the purest water molecules - the first to freeze - form the ice cubes, oncoming spray water washes away unfrozen water minerals that would otherwise start clouding the forming ice. They instead fall back in the water sump, and are removed with the water that is flushed out prior to starting a new freezing cycle. The Gourmet cube is therefore purer than the water that it is formed from!

Cubelet ice is made from pieces of hard compacted flake ice, which have a slow melt rate. Cubelet ice machines are perfect for busy quick service restaurants, bars and all other food service operators as it can be produced quickly and in large quantities relative to the machines foot print. The compressed ‘pellets’ of ice have high displacement making it the ideal ice for soft drinks, especially for those who offer ‘bottomless’ refills.
