The Lincat LCOXL is a counter-top convection oven and is an excellent solution for a wide range of commercial cooking establishments.

The LCOXL has capacity for 4 x 1/1 GN pans, in a powerful, 2.5kW fan assisted oven with rapid heat-up time and a 50-250°C temperature range, making it ideal for slow rising pastries or bread products, to fast, high temperature cooked pizzas, with simple to use dial controls with a 55 minute timer mean you can easily setup the convection oven to your desired cooking requirements.
