The Dominator Plus G3101 has been a staple in kitchens nationwide, renowned for its outstanding performance, reliability, and user-friendly design that competitors strive to emulate. The new G3101HD takes power and performance to the next level.
Featuring six 6.9 kW twin-flame burners, the G3101HD offers 30% more power than the G3101, ensuring faster heat-up times and increased energy efficiency. It includes three heavy-duty cast iron pan supports that are both durable and designed to direct flames into the pot rather than into the atmosphere. The hob also features removable drip trays beneath the burners to catch spills and debris, which can easily be washed in any sink.
The 7.1 kW oven is equipped with a drop-down door and a full-width, sturdy handle for easy access to the spacious 2/1 GN-sized oven. It offers five shelf positions and comes with two shelves included. Trays must be placed on the oven shelf because the oven is the full width of the unit, making it wider than a standard 2/1 GN container. The oven uses a simple push-button piezo ignition and has a temperature range of 120-270°C. Its vitreous enameled finish ensures easy cleaning and maintenance.
