The stainless steel Roller Grill PSI 600 G plancha grill allows an even cooking of a wide variety of food products. Thanks to its perfectly smooth surface, the stainless steel plate allows contact cooking with direct heat transfer to the food being cooked.
The independent control of the 2 cooking zones allows you to alternate and vary the cooking on the 600mm wide plate. For example, it's possible to grill a meat at 200 degrees Celsius on one side and to simmer vegetables at 160 degrees Celsius on the other side.
