With high heat retention and with cast iron grids, the Lincat ECG9/WT electric chargrill with water tap requires little-to-no recovery time to reach cooking temperature.
An internal water bath provides consistent humidity for improved cooking quality and consistency, meaning less food shrinkage, more succulent meats, and exceptional chargrilled taste.
When in operation, the integral splashguard includes a water funnel enables you to refill your tank without having to cool the cooking grid, therefore keeping your kitchen output high and continuous.
A high-temperature safety cut-out will switch the Lincat ECG9/WT off if your water bath happens to run dry, this prevents damage and of course is an exceptional safety addition.
