The unit has four 15,000-BTU burners that generate 60,000 BTU of heat altogether.
The Magikitch'n CM-RMB-624 commercial charbroiler's E-Z Tilt top grid is designed to drain grease into the trough, reducing cleaning. This grid is built with floating steel rods—because they're not fully secured, the rods can contract and expand with fewer risks of heat warping. This Magikitch'n CM-RMB-648 commercial charbroiler's 6-inch front shelf can be used by chefs to ready food before or after cooking it. Its E-Z Tilt grill grate can drain grease into the front trough to streamline cleaning. This grate's floating steel rod design means its rods can contract and expand, reducing heat warping risks.
