Create delicious pizzas every time with the PO630 Lincat pizza oven is a truly premium option. Ideal for restaurants, pubs, hotels and takeaways, the oven can accommodate up to six 9″ pizzas at a time – meaning there’s plenty of capacity for you to cook pizzas to order.
The firebrick base of the Lincat oven helps to give pizzas that distinctive crispy finish. This allows you to produces high quality pizzas that will leave guests coming back for more.
Long yet narrow for countertop use, the pizza oven is also ideal for cooking a variety of other foods such as ciabatta, naan and garlic bread, as well as lasagne, jacket potatoes, pies, pasties and pastries.

Designed and built in Scotland, the Multi-award winning Falcon Dominator G3101 is the cornerstone of many a commercial kitchen up and down the land. As the successor to the highly successful G2101, there were always big shoes to fill.
The oven itself features a semi-sealed, pressed stainless steel hob which can be removed and easily cleaned. Atop of this sit it's heavy duty cast iron pan supports.
