Description

This Louis Tellier Raclette Brézière is the perfect product for melting cheese such as the cheese dishes found in the Swiss alps. It allows a portion of a grinding wheel to be suspended and heated continuously by 230V adjustable heating ramps. Increase the height for the size of cheese and move them closer together as the portion is reduced. It features an on/off switch for greater safety and the ramps can be folded town for easy storage.
