Built to grill meats and vegetables, the Magikitch’n CM-RMB-624 charbroiler suits steakhouses and casual dining restaurants. It has stainless steel radiants to catch food juices, turning them into vapors that waft back to flavor grilling food. These radiants can be removed and replaced with a coals kit. The unit has four 15,000-BTU burners that generate 60,000 BTU of heat altogether.
The Magikitch’n CM-RMB-624 commercial charbroiler’s E-Z Tilt top grid is designed to drain grease into the trough, reducing cleaning. This grid is built with floating steel rods—because they’re not fully secured, the rods can contract and expand with fewer risks of heat warping. The charbroiler has a 6-inch front shelf and this can be used to prepare or finish grilled foods.
