The Magikitch'n CM-RMB-648 charbroiler is made to prepare steaks, burgers, and other products for establishments such as sports bars and steakhouses. Fats and juices from the grilling surface drip onto the charbroiler's radiants, which then vaporize the juices, sending the flavor in waves back to the grilling surface. With its 10 independently operable burners, the charbroiler generates 105,000 BTU in sum.
This Magikitch'n CM-RMB-648 commercial charbroiler's 6-inch front shelf can be used by chefs to ready food before or after cooking it. Its E-Z Tilt grill grate can drain grease into the front trough to streamline cleaning. This grate's floating steel rod design means its rods can contract and expand, reducing heat warping risks.
