The 9098 Mol d’Art triple chocolate melter is specially designed to accurately hold chocolates at a range of temperatures necessary for dipping, pouring, and otherwise using in a variety of catering functions – much safer and more reliable than chafers or hobs.

The exterior is made of a heat resistant plastic for ease of handling, and the machine contains a removable stainless steel tray with lid.  The bottom and sides of the tray are uniformly heated so that chocolate melts evenly.
