The Parry 1987 Electric Wet Heat Bain Marie is a commercial-use catering equipment ideal for hotels, buffets and self-service operations needing several pots for holding hot foods ready to be served. This wet bain marie has a 6 x 1/3GN pan capacity; pans are included with the unit as standard. The stainless steel design of this electric wet bain marie provides durability and hygiene for commercial use. A thermostat control allows users to easily manage the temperature, while an end of service drain tap ensures that any excess liquid can be quickly drained away.
The Parry 1987 Electric Wet Bain Marie is designed to provide high performance in extremely busy commercial environments where pre-cooked, ready to serve foods and liquids need to be held at a safe food hygiene temperature.
