The Parry HOT12BM Hot Cupboard with Bain Marie Top is the perfect solution for businesses looking to offer hot food for their customers. It’s made of high grade stainless steel which provides durability and makes the unit easy to clean internally and externally. This Servery Hot Cupboard can be used in a variety of commercial settings such as hospitality venues, canteens, restaurants, residential homes or any venue that requires easy transport of hot foods. The unit is 1200mm wide and has a large capacity that can hold up to 360 plates or 70 plated meals at any one time and features castors with two brakes as standard providing safety while serving from the unit. The push-handle makes it easy to transport and manoeuvre from room to room.
The HOT12BM Hot Cupboard is temperature controlled and can be set up to 80°C, meeting recommended temperatures for food hygiene safety standards. The digital temperature display lets you know the actual temperature inside the cupboard, providing reassurance that your food is being served at the temperature required.
Additionally, it also boasts a 3 x 1/1 GN pan capacity bain marie top at 150mm deep and provides extra versatility as it can be used in dry or wet configuration (please note GN pans shown for illustration only and need to be ordered separately). The mobile hot cupboard from Parry with bain marie allows operators to pre-prepare meals in advance – making it ideal for busy environments.
