This Pitco SGH50/FD-FF Twin Tank Filtration Gas Fryer 44 Litres offers inbuilt filtration to save oil expenses whilst providing a high output of cleaner product. This commercial fryer is specifically designed for high volume users, manufactured in the USA, it is supplied with 2 baskets per tank, has digital controls a countdown timer for each frying tank.

Heavy duty High powered twin tank fryer – each fryer has a power of 110,000 btus (32.3kw)
Digital controls with cook time and temperature setting, count down timer with audible alarm for each tank and melt cycle, allowing the use of solid fats. (Controls are not progammable)
“Solstice” energy efficient tube fired fryer – fast recovery (results in less oil absorbtion) – 57% thermal efficiency

Each tank is supplied with 2 baskets
Heavy duty baskets – each will hold 5 lbs of fries or 12 ilbs of mixed chicken pieces per load

Drainer/filtration tank is fitted with castor and is supplied with disposal emptying hose – operators do not have to handle the oil making it safer and quicker to empy
