Panoramic and equipped with 4 LED lighting, the refrigerated display showcase CD 800 sublimates your pastries, your pies and all your desserts with fruit.
Your pastries and culinary creations are presented on a stainless steel bottom for 2 GN 1/1 trays and 2 glass shelves measuring 645 x 490 mm and adjustable on 4 levels.
The horizontal display CD 800 is equipped with a very efficient cold system.
The ventilated refrigeration system ensures a uniform temperature of +2 to + 10 ° C throughout the horizontal showcase.
The evaporator placed in the upper part guarantees a homogeneous cold in the whole refrigerated display showcase. A slow air flow circulates evenly throughout the ventilated display
The electronic thermostat allows automatic defrosting every 2 hours.
Perfectly insulated, this horizontal showcase with positive cold is equipped with double glazed walls.
