Description

Equally suited for front or back of house use, the Sirman Mantegna 300 VCS Fresh Meat Slicer combines contemporary styling with user-friendly convenience. Using a large 300mm blade with built-in sharpener, the slicer is able to precisely cut meat between 0 and 29mm with the minimum of mess. The strong aluminium construction is easy to clean – perfect for everyday use.
