ChefQuip’s 100 Litre Mixer is a robust and versatile unit for any foodservice operation that is perfect for mixing a variety of products including dough, cream, mayonnaise and creamed potatoes.
This model features an interlocking quick release bowl guard and electric bowl lift that can raise and lower the bowl.
The SP-100-HA has a heavy-duty motor for constant daily use and a selection of interchangeable attachments, including a beater, whisk and spiral dough hook.
