ChefQuip’s flour dough spiral mixers are robust and are able to take the heaviest mixes, yet are simple to use and easy to clean. The main body is made from castings, giving the mixer the strength to cope. For superior hygiene, all of the parts of the mixer that come into contact with food are made from stainless steel. When mixing the flour mixture to make dough, special gear driven transmission ensures reliability.
