This 10-grid version can chill 40kg or freeze 28kg of hot food per cycle. It is manufactured from the highest quality AISI304 stainless steel meaning it is extremely robust and easy to keep hygienically clean.
The interior shelf supports accept the GN1/1 or 600×400 shelves.
