Using renowned TurboChef technology, the HHC1618 ventless conveyor oven offers high-heat transfer rates, without the need for costly ventilation. Its 16-inch cook chamber opening enables it to cook up to 35 12″ pizzas an hour. It uses independently-controlled top and bottom air impingement to ensure all food is cooked to perfection every time. This stackable oven is easy to clean, and its simple digital controls make it easy to use. When not in use, the oven has an idle mode for energy conservation.
