Thanks to the indirect cooking system FlashGRILL Evolution manages to keep food always soft and juicy. Its delicate cooking technique is in fact able to caramelize the part of the food in contact with the surface, creating an external layer that preserves the juices and flavours inside.
The food being cooked therefore does not lose its weight and size. This aspect is very important when it comes to cooking burgers, steaks or chicken breasts, but it is equally evident in simpler cooking such as bacon, eggs or fruit.

Description

- Diathermic fluid with unlimited duration. The liquid contained in the tank under the surface is not consumed and must not be replaced.
