The Flash Grill Griddle is completely different to any other cooking technology on the market thanks to its innovative heating system. Unlike traditional griddles whose cooking surfaces are heated directly by electrical elements or hobs the FlashGrill uses a patented heating system in which the elements are immersed in a sealed chamber filled with diathermic fluid.
The unique heating system allows for a perfectly even and stable cooking surface with degree precision control allowing for the end user to maximise their cooking surface capacity.

Built to grill meats and vegetables, the Magikitch'n CM-RMB-624 charbroiler suits steakhouses and casual dining restaurants. It has stainless steel radiants to catch food juices, turning them into vapors that waft back to flavor grilling food. These radiants can be removed and replaced with a coals kit.
