AyrKing provides a manual breading workstation featuring an integrated automatic blender/sifter machine. The rotary brush sifter functions smoothly without causing vibrations or agitation. Its spiral-configured nylon bristles form an auger that expels unwanted dough balls into a waste container. The brush effectively mixes the ingredients as it rotates the breading media before it passes through the sifter screen. This unique process prevents dough ball grinding, eliminates typical sifting noise, and combines ingredients while removing waste.
