Description

Featuring a portable tabletop design with stainless steel housing, this unit is built for durability with heavy-duty electronic components and a high-impact, thick glass-ceramic top, ideal for commercial kitchen use. The control knob provides easy operation and automatic power or temperature control. The temperature control offers 27 precise temperature settings and 20 power cook settings. The Pan Maximizer feature ensures maximum heating efficiency for any induction-compatible pan. A microprocessor monitors vital components 120 times per second for issues like overheating or power supply problems, shutting off the cooktop and displaying error codes to help the user diagnose and fix minor issues.
