This versatile and compact countertop fan-assisted convection oven is compatible with 1/1 gastronorm trays, making it ideal for placement on a worktop or stand. It comes with a 13A plug, ready to be plugged in and used immediately. The oven offers a temperature range of 50° to 240°C, with simple controls that allow for precise temperature and timing adjustments. The oven chamber includes an integral light and multi-position runners. Six shelf positions are available to accommodate the three shelves that come as standard. Designed for commercial use in various settings such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, and retail environments, the E711 is perfect for cooking baked potatoes, scones, pastries, croissants, pies, puddings, and more.
To increase capacity without taking up additional space, you can stack two units on top of each other. With a low-level shelf and stacking kit available, this setup provides a quick and easy way to boost your kitchen’s output. The total height of the stacked units is 1630 mm.
