The Fimar FES 4+4 Pizza Oven is a professional electric oven that is ideal for medium-large establishments cooking pizzas and breads. Capable of holding up to 8 pizzas at any one time, with each deck large enough to fit 4 x 12” pizzas. The unit is constructed of durable stainless steel and large pirex windows for checking the cooking process. The cooking chamber has a refractory stone base deck and heat insulation by rock wool lining. The unit has analogue dial controls for quick and accurate adjustments and setting of each oven deck temperature.
