Description

The Foster BCT22-12 is a high quality commercial blast chiller from UK market leading brand Foster Refrigeration. With a large 21kg capacity and intuitive touch-screen control panel, the chiller is both versatile and easy to use. Able to quickly chill food from +70C to +3C in just 90 minutes, the BCT21 helps catering establishments such as restaurants, pubs and takeaways remain compliant with stringent food safety regulations. Constructed from stainless steel with sturdy castors supplied as standard.
