Made in the UK, the Foster 52kg BCFT52 blast chiller/freezer provides the ideal solution to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Due to its large 52kg capacity, the Foster blast freezer/chiller is idea for use in restaurants, takeaways and educational establishments. Capable of blast chilling from +70C to +3C in just 90 minutes or freezing to -18C in less than 240 minutes, the unit is proven to be a reliable and compliant professional chiller. The speed of the chilling also helps to preserve the quality of your foods reducing waste and preventing degradation of taste. The intuitive and user-friendly touch screen control panel provides detailed information about each cycle status, allowing careful monitoring of the contents.
